It is recommended to read these “General Terms of Use” carefully before using the Riviera Selection services. By using the services, you fully accept these General Terms of Use. Riviera Selection provides a wide range of services and may, at times, apply additional terms and conditions. In the event of a conflict between these General Terms of Use and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall prevail.
Electronic Communications
When using Riviera Selection services or when you send emails, text messages (SMS), and other communications from your computer or mobile device, you are communicating electronically. You agree that all contracts, notices, and information provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement for written form.
Copyright and Rights
All content included or made available through Riviera Selection services is the property of MVLFA or its content providers and is protected by Italian and international laws. Extracting, reusing, or systematically reproducing parts of the Services without written consent is prohibited. Creating databases that reproduce substantial parts of the Riviera Selection Services is not allowed without authorization.
Trademarks
Graphics, logos, and service marks included in Riviera Selection services are trademarks or distinctive signs of MVLFA and may not be used without consent. Other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
License for Access to Services
MVLFA grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to access the Riviera Selection Services and to make personal, lawful use of them in accordance with these conditions. Unauthorized commercial use, resale, data mining, account information copying, framing, or meta-tagging is prohibited without written authorization.
Personal Account
To use certain services, a Riviera Selection account with a valid payment method may be required. The user is responsible for safeguarding account credentials and agrees to notify MVLFA of any unauthorized use. MVLFA may suspend or close accounts in case of legal violations or breaches of these conditions.
Reviews and Content
Users may post reviews and comments provided they are not unlawful, defamatory, or offensive. By publishing content, the user grants MVLFA a free, non-exclusive license to use and reproduce such content. The user warrants ownership of all rights related to the published material.
Intellectual Property Violations
To report violations: info@mvlfa.com with subject line “Intellectual Property Rights Report”.
Liability
MVLFA does not guarantee uninterrupted access to Riviera Selection services. It is not responsible for unforeseeable losses, loss of business opportunities, indirect damages, or delays due to force majeure. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or personal injury.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Export Controls
The user agrees to comply with export and international sanctions regulations.
Modifications
MVLFA may modify conditions and services at any time. The applicable conditions are those in force at the moment of service use.
Waiver
Failure by MVLFA to act does not constitute a waiver of its rights.
Minors
Users under 18 may access services only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

These conditions govern the sale of products and services through the Riviera Selection website. By using the services, you fully accept these General Terms of Sale.
The Contract
Selecting products, placing the order, and receiving the order acknowledgment email constitute a contractual proposal by the user. The contract is concluded only upon sending the Shipping Confirmation. The user may cancel the order before shipment. Invoices are issued in electronic format.
Right of Withdrawal
Withdrawal is permitted within 14 working days from receipt of the product, by returning the goods to the MVLFA headquarters in Turin. All conditions, exclusions, and instructions remain unchanged from the original text, with Riviera Selection replacing the brand name.
Effects of Withdrawal
Refunds are issued within 14 days from receipt of returned goods, using the same payment method. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Exceptions to Withdrawal
All original exclusions apply: sealed goods opened after delivery, personalized goods, perishable goods, alcoholic products subject to market fluctuations, fully performed services with user consent, etc.
Return Policies
Returns are accepted within 14 days if the product is intact. MVLFA refunds the purchase price but not shipping costs. Risks and costs of return are borne by the customer.
Prices and Availability
Prices include VAT. Availability is shown on the website. Any pricing errors are checked before shipment.
Customs
For shipments outside Italy, customs duties and additional charges may apply and are borne by the customer.
Warranties
Consumer sales are covered by the Legal Warranty of Conformity. For products not intended for consumer use, Civil Code warranties apply.
Modifications to Conditions
MVLFA may modify conditions and policies at any time. The applicable terms are those in force when the order is placed.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Italian law applies. Competent court: Turin. For EU consumers, jurisdiction in their country of residence also applies. The European ODR platform is available.

COUPONS, GIFT CARDS & “PALANCHE”
Terms of Use for Coupons, Gift Cards and “Lire Riviera”
Discount codes, gift cards and “Lire Riviera” issued by Riviera Selection may be used exclusively for the purchase of eligible products on www.rivieraselection.com.
The amount is deducted from the order total at the invoicing stage and can be used only with specific payment methods.
No additional fees are applied for the use of discount codes, gift cards or “Lire Riviera”.
Limitations
Discount codes, gift cards and “Lire Riviera” are valid for two years from the date of issuance.
They may not be used to purchase other discount codes, gift cards or “Lire Riviera”, nor for unauthorised commercial purposes, including resale or shipment of products purchased on rivieraselection.com.
They may not be reloaded, resold, converted into cash, or used in any manner not compliant with MVLFA policies.
Unused balances associated with a Riviera Selection account cannot be transferred to other accounts.
Risk of Loss
The risk of loss and ownership of the discount code, gift card or “Lire Riviera” transfer to the purchaser upon electronic transmission to the recipient or upon delivery to the carrier.
Riviera Selection is not responsible for loss, theft, destruction, or unauthorised use of discount codes, gift cards or “Lire Riviera”.
Fraud
In cases involving fraudulent creation, acquisition or use of coupons, gift cards or “Lire Riviera”, MVLFA reserves the right to close the accounts involved and to charge outstanding amounts through alternative payment methods.
Limitation of Liability
MVLFA disclaims all warranties, express or implied, relating to coupons and gift cards, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
In the event of a malfunction of a discount code, the sole remedy is its replacement.
Where the law does not permit such limitations, they may not apply, and the user may be entitled to additional rights.
General Provisions
The General Terms of Use and General Terms of Sale of rivieraselection.com apply.
Discount codes, gift cards and “Lire Riviera” are issued by MVLFA.
MVLFA may request additional information regarding the user’s identity, ownership of the coupon, or the related Riviera Selection account, or may request an additional payment method before crediting amounts to the account.
MVLFA may amend these terms at any time. The terms apply within the limits of applicable law.
